Account and Data Deletion – Sparkling Society Games B.V.
At Sparkling Society Games B.V., we respect your privacy and your rights regarding personal data. This page explains how you can request the deletion of your account and associated data.
In-Game Account Deletion
If you create an account within one of our games, you have the right to request deletion of your account at any time. You can do so by following these steps within the game:
- Open the settings menu, accessible from the right-hand side of the main game screen.
- Select the “Delete Account” option at the bottom of the menu. This option is only visible when you are logged into your account.
- Upon selecting this option, your account will be permanently deleted, along with all associated personal data, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Request Deletion via Email
If you are unable to access the game or prefer to make a request manually, you can contact us via e-mail: privacy@sparklingsociety.net.
Please include:
- The name of the game
- Your player-id, located in the settings menu of the game
We will process your request in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Data Deletion Details
When you request account deletion, we will delete or anonymize the following data:
- Account information (such as user ID, login credentials)
- Gameplay progress and in-game data
- Any personal data associated with your account
We may retain certain information (such as transaction records) where necessary for:
- Legal obligations (e.g. financial records)
- Fraud prevention and security purposes
Such retained data will be kept only for as long as required by applicable laws or for legitimate business purposes, after which it will be securely deleted.
Important Information
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All associated personal data will be deleted or anonymized, unless we are required to retain certain information for legal, security, or fraud prevention purposes. Requests are handled in line with regulations such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Google Play User Data policies.
